Giraffe's Orange Flavored Frozen Creamsicle Bites

When we think of enjoyable summer activities, many come to mind.  One in particular, is eating ice cream outside of an ice cream parlor on a hot summer day.

Each bite of the ice cream is yummy, satisfying and slowly melts in your mouth, cooling your body's temperature.

Ice cream was one of the many foods that we have missed, through the years.

However, we have a recipe for a quick and easy orange flavored frozen Creamsicle bite.

Our frozen bites taste very similar to a Creamsicle and are just as scrumptious.

Preparation time is only 10 minutes and the freezer wait time an additional 30 minutes.

The only ingredients we purchased were:

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 Box of Orange Flavored Sugar Free Jello
  • Cup Cake Pan Liners

We'll begin by pouring our Heavy Whipping Cream into our mixing bowl, along with our Vanilla Syrup and Jello.

Next, we'll slightly mix our Jello into our cream, before using our electric mixer.  Otherwise, our powder will fly all over our kitchen, making a huge mess.

We'll then, beat our cream, using our electric mixer for about 3-5 minutes, or until whipped cream has formed.

Next, we'll place our orange flavored whipped cream into a Ziploc Bag (our version of a piping bag) and will cut off one of the ends with our scissors.

We'll then place our cupcake liners into our pan and will fill each 3/4th of the way to the top.

Next, we'll place our "bites" into the freezer for 30 minutes, so that they may slightly harden.

After our 30 minutes, we'll remove our bites from our freezer and will eagerly begin to devour them.  😏

Now we're ready to enjoy our typical summer day with our refreshing Creamsicle bites!

Merely pop one in your mouth and you'll feel as if you are sitting outside an ice cream parlor and enjoying your summer treat.

From our kitchen to yours ~

Bon Appetit!!
