Smokey's Buttery Low-Carb Peanut Butter Cups


Most everybody loves peanut butter, especially in desserts.

Our Low-Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups were such a big hit, that we thought we would try another flavor – buttery peanut butter!

Our buttery peanut butter cups are just as flavorful as our previous ones and each bite just melts in your mouth.

Our preparation time was only 10 minutes, while our freezer time was another 30 minutes.

Our sweet ingredients included:

  • 2 Cups of Sweetener
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Stick of Margarine 
  • 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
We'll begin by melting our butter in our saucepan on low heat for about a couple of minutes. 




Next, we'll add our Coconut Oil, sweetener, Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and will stir until our mixture is well blended.












Now, we'll prepare our cupcake baking liners for our 10 deep dish cups. 

We like to place our paper liners into our cupcake baking pan, to ensure our liquid does not spill when moved them from our counter to our freezer.

If you would rather have a larger quantity of Peanut Butter Cups, simply fill the liners with smaller amounts of our Peanut Butter mixture. 



We'll then, place our mixture into our measuring cup, allowing for easier pouring.


Next, we'll fill our cups 3/4th of the way to the top and will place our pans into our freezer for about 30 minutes, or until our cups have solidified.



Since we are a little impatient and eager to try our new creation, we'll remove them from the freezer a few minutes early.

Oh my gosh.....they are soooo delicious!  Each bite makes our mouths water and the flavor is just amazing.

The creaminess of both the butter and Peanut Butter delightfully tantalizes our tastes buds, which encourage us to savor each bite.



These rich and buttery Peanut Butter Cups are definitely another one of our favorite recipes.
