Giraffe's No-Bake Low-Carb Peanut Butter Protein Bars


We're always searching for protein bars that are not only low-carb, but that also have a delicious flavor.  😅

Friends are always discovering new and super tasty protein bars. However,  they usually contain 45 grams of carbs per serving.

Well, we've discovered a protein bar that tastes absolutely delicious and only contains 32 grams of carbs for the entire batch.  That translates to only a few carbs per bar, depending on how large we slice them.

Not only do our protein bars taste creamy.  They also taste like peanut butter cubes.  And...their flavor is nothing like those store bought low-carb bars that resemble cardboard.

Preparation time is only 5-10 minutes. And since there is no cooking time, we merely refrigerate our mixture for 30 minutes.  

Our delicious ingredients include:


We'll begin by adding our Coconut Oil, Peanut Butter, and Cream Cheese to our mixing bowl and will melt in our microwave for 30 seconds. 

Melting our mixture, will allow our ingredients to easily blend together.









Next, we'll stir our ingredients together, until they are well blended.



We'll then, add our Peanut Butter Powder, Sweetener, Carbquik, and Vanilla, and will stir until our mixture is mixed thoroughly.






Next, we'll spray our 8 inch by 8 inch baking dish with our cooking spray.  



We'll then, pour our "batter,"  spreading evenly throughout our pan.




Now, it's time to place our protein bars in our refrigerator for about 30 minutes, so that they may solidify.  


Voila! 

Our protein bars are ready for consumption!


Since our entire dish offers 32 grams of carbs, we'll cut our batch into 8 pieces, so that they will only contain 4 grams each.  


Eat bite offers a creamy and rich taste of our peanut butter flavored cream cheese and keeps our tummies filled, in between meals.

SO hard to believe that these tasty morsels have so little carbs. However, we're very happy they do.  😃
